Mr. Zelmanovitch has been Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Company since 2002, previously serving as the President and a Director of the Company (including its predecessor) since 1986. From 1982 through October 2000 Mr. Zelmanovitch was President and a director and stockholder of Freshstart Venture Capital Corp., a public company which was licensed as an SSBIC and was listed on NASDAQ. He has also been licensed as a Real Estate Broker by the New York State Department of State since 1976. Mr. Zelmanovitch is also a director, officer and stockholder of Veritas Financial Corp., a stockholder and former manager of the Company. Mr. Zelmanovitch had been the Secretary and Vice Chairman of the National Association of Investment Companies, a trade association for private equity firms focused on the emerging domestic market. Mr. Zelmanovitch is currently Chairman, having also served as Vice President and Director, of the Council of Jewish Organization of Flatbush (COJO) since the fall of 1996. Mr. Zelmanovitch received an M.B.A. degree from C.W. Post Center of Long Island University in 1979.

Mr. Zelmanovitch, President, has been with the Company since 2007. Mr. Zelmanovitch is also Managing Member of Roran Capital LLC, an investment firm which invests in distressed and undervalued assets. Prior to 2007, Mr. Zelmanovitch was an associate with the law firm Hogan & Hartson, L.L.P. whose practice focused on mergers and acquisitions, securities and general corporate matters. Mr. Zelmanovitch received his law degree from the University of Pennsylvania Law School.
FREDRICK SCHULMAN, ESQ
Mr. Schulman has been a board member since 2003 and served as President until 2015. Mr. Schulman is the Chairman of NewBank, a New York state chartered commercial bank serving the Asian-American community in New York City, Chairman of Skyline Multimedia Entertainment, Inc., and a director and General Counsel of Drinks Americas Holdings, Ltd., a publicly-traded company. Previously, he engaged in the private practice of law with two firms in New York City and served as Executive Vice President and General Counsel to, and Director of Investment Banking for, RAS Securities Corp. in New York. Mr. Schulman was awarded a bachelors degree from Clark University and a law degree from Boston College Law School.
TERRY K. McEWEN
Mr. McEwen is a board member of East Coast Capital Holdings. Currently he is Managing Principal of Preservation Capital Services, LLC, a financial advisory firm. From May 2005 until May 2010, Mr. McEwen served as the Director of Banking for the New Jersey Department of Banking and Insurance, a position appointed by the Governor and confirmed by the State Senate. In that position, Mr. McEwen was responsible for regulating and overseeing the safety, soundness and integrity of a $170 Billion Finance Industry and managed a staff of 150 employees. During his tenure, he had State and National leadership roles in addressing subprime mortgage issues and chaired the policy committee on the Conference of State Bank Supervisors/AARMR National Mortgage Licensing database. Prior to his work as Director of Banking, Mr. McEwen led a distinguished career in banking and finance including an active role in the New Jersey Economic Development Authority.
Mr. McEwen has been active in a number of educational and civic foundations, is currently a member of the Board of Directors for the American Council of State Savings Supervision; the New Jersey Banking Advisory Board; the Board of Trustees for Rider University; and, The Foundation Board for Mercer County Community College
Mr. McEwen received a BS in Business Administration from the University of Pittsburgh and a Masters of Business Administration from Rider University. In additional to his educational achievements, Mr. McEwen has received a number honors including being enshrined by the United Nations into the Martin Luther King, Jr. Hall of Fame.
